“As the snow falls, each flake is in its perfect place. –Ancient Zen Proverb Sometimes the best thing we can do is to relax and NOT try so hard. When we put too much emphasis on every little detail it is easy to become overwhelmed and frustrated, making it very difficult to enjoy this process. We all know what we need to do, so today let’s start this brand new month by just doing it (wow-sounds like a Nike commercial!) without stressing ourselves out about it. Let’s make February a month to focus on our physical AND mental health so when spring finally rolls around we can enjoy it by feel our best. Make the best choices possible and then just let the rest go. This is a lifestyle change and that includes attitude, so let’s work on adopting a more healthy one.
