This week in the meeting, we will be talking about making over our own kitchens-“Weight Watchers Style”. Sooooooo, I thought it seemed like the perfect time to re-start our “Foods to Share” segment at the beginning of each meeting. With all of the new program info and big things happening, I took a temporary break from doing due to lack of time, but……IT’s BACK!
Here’s what you can do to make it the most informative and useful for yourself and others:
1. If you haven’t already, designate a notebook just for food ideas and put it, along with a couple pens, in whatever you carry all your WW materials to meetings in. The ideas are always awesome but if we don’t write them down, they can easily be forgotten. Besides, you may not run out and buy everything today, so use the notebook as a reference when you are ready to look for new food ideas.
2. Participate. Save the labels, wrappers, boxes of your favorite foods and bring them to the meeting to share. Having the package to look at makes it easier for others to see what your talking about and remember it. If you can use a Sharpie and jot the Points Plus value on it great, if you don’t have time, I will be double checking them anyway, so no worries.
That’s all for now…gotta run! See you at the meeting!
