Calling All Smart Phone Users..Need Your Responses

iPhone, Blackberry, Android...Calling ALL smart phone users: If you are using ANY cool apps to help you on your WW Program, please comment and tell us about them!!!

Hi Terra!

So, last night, I finally joined the twenty-first century. . . traded in the old flip phone for a smart phone. Which brings me to the purpose of this email. What are some of the apps that you have mentioned during your meetings, for an iPhone? Didn’t think I would be getting one of these phones, and therefore paid little attention to the names. Any help would be great. Thanks, and enjoy the weekend!

Dear Cheryl….
I am afraid I am not much help to you in that department! Although both my boys are owners and big fans of the iPhone, I am Blackberry user and I really don’t use any apps for my personal WW plan. BUT…this is exactly the purpose of the blog–to offer and share information that’s helpful to everyone—SOOOO, I am putting it out there and hoping for some good response from readers.
If anyone reading can help Cheryl and probably lots of other readers, by sharing the cool apps you have found and use, please take a second to do so. I am anxious to hear back from you and to be able to direct others to read your responses too.

I use the WW Mobile which gives you the ability to track your points plus, etc….Points Plus calculator and a WW Scan Calculator. Hope that helps!

Thanks!! This also came from another member in an email, so I will add it here for everyone to use too!

“Diet scan calculator” gives you the PP per serving on most foods when you scan the bar code. (I have iphone but it also comes in Droid.) Should probably recalculate using WW app but I have found that it is accurate. I also love the WW Kitchen Companion for iPad.
I am down 30 pounds!! 13.6 left to go til Goal!
