I’m the second receptionist at your new Monday Weight Watchers meeting at the Naperville Center. I told you about the recipe for salad dressings and I thought you might like to put it on your website.
Thanks, Barbara! I am so excited that all the ingredients are Power Foods! I am really trying to stick to the Simply Filling Technique and when I review what I am spending my 49 Weekly Points Plus Values on, many of them are going towards salad dressings and sauces to make my veggies taste better. This recipe with the different options will give me all kinds of flavor and save me from having to spend un-neccessary Points Plus Values! THANKS!
LOW POINTS PLUS HOMEMADE SALAD DRESSING
Blend a container of nonfat cottage cheese (in blender or Magic Bullet) til smooth and creamy.
Then add the flavor of salad dressing you would like.
*chopped garlic for a creamy garlic
*ketchup and diced pickles (maybe a hardboiled eggwhite) for thousand island
*freshly ground pepper for peppercorn (with a touch of parmesan)
*any of the packets of dry dressing spices
See you next Monday.
