According to the weather report, we have already had our highest temperature for the day and it’s downhill from here! They are also saying the snow is on it’s way for tomorrow. This is the time of year that comfort foods are what we crave so…….comfort foods we shall have! There are TONS of recipes that provide comfort AND are healthy! Spend 10 minutes today looking at recipes on www.weightwatchers.com or some other on-line source or go through the cookbooks you have…whatever works for you, but find a good comfort food recipe that you can prepare and have on hand for the next couple of days. Not only will it satisfy you and your family, having it will make it easy for you to stay on program and continue be healthy while losing weight. For me, it will most likely be the One Points Plus Turkey Chili recipe that I have posted on this site unless I have more time and can get more creative! See you at the meeting today!
