A lasting healthy lifestyle takes planning, preparation, organization and determination, but the quality it most requires is one we most often fall short in….and that’s Love. Not Love for others….all of you reading this blog this morning are very good at loving and lovingly taking care of those around you but do you give that same tender care and understanding to yourself? My guess is no based on my personal experience. We are extremely hard on ourselves and not very forgiving. I don’t know about you, but when someone is mad at me or disappointed, I don’t do or feel my best. If this is the case, how can we expect to do well if we are always down on and mad at ourselves? We can’t. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE…all we need is Love, to Love ourselves enough, to get back on the horse, so to speak, everyday and start fresh. We all make less than perfect choices but we what matters is what we do after that. Have a fabulous day!
