Be grateful for every healthy change you can make today, no matter how small it may seem. Leaving a few bites on your plate, taking the stairs instead of the elevator, eating an apple instead of a cookie or not snacking after dinner tonight……one day at a time, these small changes add up to big results. Recognizing these small changes as victories and having faith that they really will get us where we want to go is all part of our journey. No change is too small and it’s never too late.
