Hey, it’s Tuesday and I’m here to offer you yet another tasty treat to try!! I took a break last Tuesday because I was out in San Diego visiting my hubby while he was on business, but i am back now! I will also be back in Schaumburg today leading the 10am and 12pm meetings and hope to see you there or at my other meetings this week!
Ok……so I’m not a huge apple eater, but in the fall, you cannot beat the sweet crunch of a juicy honey crisp apple!!! My favorite way to eat them is cut up with cinnamon. Trader Joe’s sells a cinnamon and sugar grinder that works well for zero PointsPlus values too. It’s a great dessert after dinner or as a snack to take with you on the go. I just cut up my apple, put it in a ziplock bag, add cinnamon and shake. By lunch time, when I open the bag, it smells like apple pie!!! And tastes almost as good 🙂
