If you spend all your time imagining how difficult its going to be to lose weight, how you won’t be able to stick with it or that you can’t lose weight, guess what your “life’s coming attraction” will be? MORE OF THE SAME.

Instead, imagine being at a healthy weight…….

What does it feel like? Is it empowering? Do you feel in control? How does being at a healthy weight improve your quality of life? What everyday events in your life will be more fun and easier if your not self-conscious about your weight? What does it look like?

These questions need answers so that you KNOW, without a shadow of a doubt, that this is what you want for yourself, right now, in your life and it’s worth the effort.

*Seriously everyone, don’t set your weight goal based on some arbitrary number because it sounds good or some weight that you were back at 21 years of age! Be real. What’s it going to take for you to lose enough weight to feel good about yourself, comfortable in YOUR own skin and to be healthy??? Remember, you can always lower the goal when you get there, but if you set the goal too low to start, you may quit before you even get close. Set realistic expectations and set yourself up to succeed!!!
