Happy Friday, Everyone! I couldn’t resist sharing this photo of Oakley, our little dog, on our walk yesterday! He inspires me everyday by his excitement to be active. His furry little face just makes me smile, so thought it might do the same for you:-)
It feels great to be back on track, doesn’t it? The healthy behaviors that we are practicing…portion control, moving our bodies, eating fruits and veggies, drinking plenty of water….feel good in themselves. We practice these habits to control our weight, but they also provide us with a better quality of life each day.
“There is no way to happiness…happiness is the way.” Do what it takes to make this journey enjoyable. Weight Watchers meetings are such an effective way to help us change our behaviors because they are FUN! Surrounding ourselves with positive energy, creative ideas and the support of others, as much as possible, provides us with the inspiration and accountability we need to take control of our lives.
I will be at the Geneva Weight Watchers Store, leading my 830am and 930am meetings, then at the South Elgin Weight Watchers leading my noon meeting and then….THE WEEKEND!
