This week, we will be half way through the month of January. How’s it going for you, so far? Are you in a healthy routine that’s not only helping you to control your weight, but that you also enjoy?
What adjustments do you need to make? What’s working well and what’s not going according to your plan? What have been your biggest challenges? What are some new ways you could handle them? Can you rearrange anything in your schedule to make your life easier and more focused on your healthy goals?
Try to carve out 15 minutes today to sit down with a hot drink and write down you’re thoughts. Use the above basic questions to get you started. The most effective way to establish new routines, is to review what is working and keep doing it. Whatever you discover is NOT working, needs to be replaced by something new. Give it some thought…you’re worth the effort!!!!!!
