Just Focus On Today…..

One day, one hour, one step at a time. Whether you’re trying to lose 10 pounds or 100 pounds, this is the ONLY way it can be done. Don’t allow yourself to be overwhelmed or discouraged. Just focus on what you can do now, in this moment, to make yourself healthier. It might be to take a walk or plan your next healthy meal, but don’t be surprised if you find the answer is to allow yourself to do NOTHING. Sometimes what we really crave is a peaceful moment of stillness. Give yourself the gift of just being present when you feel restless.

This journey is about feeling good physically as well as mentally. Gratitude and presence can show us lasting satisfaction that can never be found in a cookie!
