So here is my fav low PointsPlus value piña colada recipe…
1 cup really cold water
1 packet of WW coconut smoothie mix
1 cup frozen pineapple
(you can freeze your own, but Trader Joe’s sells it already frozen, at a great low price if you’d rather not bother)
1 frozen banana (freezing bananas that have started to turn brown is a great habit to get into because there are so many uses for them. A frozen banana added to any smoothie will make it more creamy, sweet and ice cream-like)
A dash of rum extract
Blend all ingredients in a blender on high until smooth and creamy. YUM!!!
