As we discussed last week, I found this an easier option than the salad in a jar since you can shake and eat right from the container.
Here’s what you need…This is from the bottom up:
Lite House Tangy Orange Citrus 2T
cut up orange slices (whose juice is helping the salad dressing marinate the shrimp)
shredded carrots and broccoli slaw (who needs croutons with this kind if crunch?)
generous amount of butter lettuce
1T of Salad Pizazz Orange Cranberry Almondine salad topper.
Total PPV= 5. 4-5 servings of veggies and fruit and high protein.
