It’s another VERY Tasty Tuesday if you like appetizer type foods, like I do!!!
A HUGE shout out to Judie from one of my Naperville meetings for sharing this food idea. It’s so simple but so clever, not to mention YUMMY! Just the way we like it!!!
Light string cheese is a fav of mine and I have been know to melt it in the microwave before eating, but baking it with panko crumbs and making faux fried cheese balls never crossed my mind! Brilliant!
YOUR ideas and YOUR sharing are what make coming to the Weight Watchers meetings so worthwhile, effective and fun. That’s the reason people who stay for the Weight Watchers meetings lose 3x more weight than folks who try to do it alone!! Who wouldn’t want to hang out with all of us for 30 minutes a week?????
I received the below email recently from Monica, who attends my Schaumburg meeting, that totally echoes the strength of the group….
I heard a great sentiment recently. I was told it is from American Native Americans.
“If you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, go together.”
Seems like this really supports attending WW meetings.
I agree 100%, Monica….Thanks!
Now for they main attraction of the day:
