Here is the Black Bean & Corn Soup Recipe. I did put it thru Recipe Builder to get the PP value.
Have a great weekend. See you next Friday.
Thank to Kellee for writing up this recipe and emailing it to me! I SO appreciate your taking the time to email it so that I can easily share it and so will everyone else after trying your soup!
You guys…..trust me….this is amazing soup! There are all kinds of modifications you can make to it easily too.
For example, at my house, we use frozen chicken chunks, Trader Joe’s Corn and Chile Salsa, pictured below, (instead of the Cowboy Caviar Salsa) and add some chicken broth to thin it out. I’ve never tried adding salsa and chilis, but it sounds great! Cole, my 17 year old, even asks for this soup! It’s a staple in our fall meal rotation.
It’s filling, it makes a complete meal by it’s self and it’s SO easy!
I love my crockpot!
