Eating healthy doesn’t need to be scary!
It is hard to resist the fall sweets that are out this time of year. But with a little creativity we can all still enjoy the season without packing on the pounds.
The recipe above is taken from our facebook friend Kelly Hayford, nutritionist. The bananas have chocolate chip minis for the eyes and regular size for the mouth. The stems for the “pumpkins” (cuties) are celery.
This was recently sent to me by a long time friend and Weight Watchers acquaintance.
They are so cute that I’m going to make a similar platter my family to snack on during Halloween night while giving out candy.
