Oh Happy Day…It’s Your Choice

The purpose of this website is to share insights and information that I have learned and continue to learn on my weight loss and maintenance journey. I, by no means, am claiming to have all the answers, but I do know that fear can trick us into thinking that we can't make the changes necessary to be successful. This is just not true. My hope is that by using this blog, we can realize that we are not alone in our challenges and that we don't have to succumb to them. Any dream is possible when we stop listening to fear and start moving forward. All is well!
