Contrary to popular belief, the most important thing we need to exercise isn’t our bodies…….it’s control over our own thoughts. Our thoughts determine our mood and actions for the day. We have been given the power to choose how we feel, no matter what the circumstances. Some days this is easy. Other days we have to consciously decide to be happy, to be grateful and to say NO to fears that try to creep in.
If you struggle with fear…..fear that you won’t “have enough ________” food, money, attention, respect, time……the blank is your’s to fill in……or any other type of fear today, you’re not alone, but that doesn’t mean it’s real!!!!
I’m writing this morning to remind you (and myself) that we each have been given the strength, power and ability to dissolve the false evidence that our mind might be trying to tell us is true about ourselves, our situation, our goals or whatever else we have going on in our lives. There is nothing to be afraid of in this moment!!!! Nothing!! Don’t buy into any negativity that’s appearing real and attempting to sabotage your happiness. Life is one step at a time and we can all manage that!!
Each and everyone of us can find things to be grateful for right now and those are the thoughts that we want to grab onto as we start our day. Let’s choose to live in joy today, rather than fear! Are you with me????
