What Are You “Saying” To Yourself?

Negative self talk not only makes us feel bad, it affects our actions, behaviors and ultimately our success in getting what we want. Everything starts with a thought, so we need to choose wisely! We have the power to make today a good day or a not-so-good day based on what we focus on and repeat to ourselves throughout the day. What amazing power we have, right? So let’s use it!

“What we think about is what we bring about” so let’s make it really FABULOUS!

I’ll see all of my Schaumburg friends later this morning and hope to see you all in Geneva on Thursday. I’ve had some traveling for work and family lately but I’m back now and will be leading both of my Weight Watchers meetings as regularly scheduled. Can’t wait to catch up with you!
