This certainly applies to weight loss! Just keep going. There’s no end to living a healthy lifestyle and it’s not pass or fail. It’s truly a journey and we modify our behavior as we go, based on what’s working for us and what’s not. If your weight loss feels slow, remember that quitting won’t speed it up!!! Take a step back, analyze what’s tripping you up and try a new strategy. There’s always another option!!
