There is NOTHING to be scared of….A heathy lifestyle is all about setting your priorities and making choices!
Halloween weekend is upon us! Let’s not get spooked and forget about our how important our healthy eating habits are and how good they make us feel. Don’t be fearful that you will have to forgo thing things you really enjoy…you just need to choose which ones you enjoy the MOST and plan for them. NOTHING is “bad” or off limits. Remember, deprivation doesn’t work and isn’t a long term, healthy solution. We are re-teaching ourselves BALANCE and moderation. Take some time today to think about your weekend plans . Pick and choose what events and foods/drinks you are most looking forward to and work those in first. Fill in the rest with fruits and veggies It’s all about balance, moderation and ENJOYING OURSELVES through out the process!
