This recipe is an oldie but a goodie and just in time for Halloween!!
You can whip up a batch of this chili in the morning, leave it in the crock pot or instant pot and then spend your evening handing out candy to trick or treaters on Halloween with no worry about “what’s for dinner”! The combo of fiber and protein is super filling and is just the added boost needed to keep from eating too much Halloween candy! You CAN definitely stay in control this year!!!
