All is Well Coaching
In 2002, I shed 75 pounds for the last time. I'd been on a diet roller coaster for most of my life and I had had enough. This time, I did it differently. I discovered a way that is livable, sustainable and incredibly freeing. Finally, my outside matched my inside and to this day, it is one of the most life changing shifts I've ever experienced. It's been over 20 years and in that time, I've continued to walk this journey personally and professionally as a health and wellness coach to thousands. In addition to years of professional coaching experience, I'm certified by the National Board of Health and Wellness Coaching and hold a Professional Coaching Certification from the International Coaching Federation. I founded All is Well Coaching and the Joy in the Journey community to continue my passion of helping other women break free of the all-or-nothing diet cycle and achieve their health and wellness goals in a way that allows them to experience joy in the process, not just in the end result.

Weight is a challenge I struggled with for as long as I can remember.
I've struggled with weight and body image for as long as I can remember. Trying every diet craze introduced was a way of life for me since I was a young and always ended in feelings of being less than and failure.
Not being able to keep the commitment to myself to do what I thought it took to lose weight was extremely painful and left me feeling weak, out of control, and desperate, which caused me to eat more and the pattern continued.
Knowing it was time to break the cycle, I continued searching for a solution I could be happy with and maintain long-term.
I knew there had to be more to it than food and exercise. I knew what to do, but I didn’t know how to do it in a way I could sustain. Why could I succeed in other areas of my life but not this one?
There had to be a way to be healthy that didn’t involve deprivation, failure, and unrealistic expectations.
I found the answer started with my thoughts. When I was able to explore my thoughts about myself, my body, my ability to make lasting changes, and my self-worth in relation to weight, it was eye-opening.
And sad. I knew I had so much to be grateful for in my life, yet I was allowing weight and food to overshadow all of it.
Guilt and shame were the weight of the weight and I realized this is where I needed to start.

What Matters Most to Me
Above all, I believe in the power of human connection. I believe that being seen, heard, and understood can be profoundly healing. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe enough to show up exactly as you are—no masks, no pretending, and can be around other women who are committed to the same thing. Other women, like you and like me, who get it. Who are ready for real change. Ready to give up the false promises of the diet culture and the deprivation, comparison and unrealistic expectations that often steal our joy when we let them.
I don't offer specific food plans, exercise regimes or a one-size-fits-all approach. You are unique and you are the expert on you. I believe with my whole heart, you have everything you need within you to accomplish your health, wellness and weight goals. My job is to lead you in way that allows you to uncover your power and put it to use in your life in a way that brings you joy while accomplishing the results that are so important to you. Shifting your mindset is the work and although it's not always easy, it is incredibly rewarding and lasting. It’s not about “fixing” you—because you’re not broken. It’s about helping you understand yourself more deeply, so you can make choices that align with who you really are and what you truly want. Aligning you mind, body and soul brings joy, freedom and it brings success on your terms.
