What is your dream for yourself? Whatever it is, you CAN accomplish it by breaking it down to ONE STEP AT A TIME. When we live in the moment and focus only on making the best choices right now, it doesn’t seem scary or overwhelming. Take actions today that align yourself with what is really important to you. If it’s losing weight, then make it your mission to track every single BLT…Bite, Lick and Taste…you put into your mouth for the entire day. Don’t concern yourself with tomorrow or fear of not being able to keep up the healthy behaviors for as long as it takes to get to your goal weight. Your GOAL is NOW. Focus on what you can do this minute to add to your good health.
