The above “before and after”picture makes me SO happy on SO many levels!!! Ann is a very dear friend of mine and watching her transformation has been awe inspiring. She’s a working Mom of two kids who has lost 69 pounds over the past year while managing her and her family’s incredibly busy life.
Ann changed her mindset and as a result, she was able to modify many of her actions and behaviors to lead to big, big weight loss success and a very healthy lifestyle. I’m so incredibly honored to be part of her journey and grateful for the friendship that has grown out of it!!!
