You Don’t Have To Be Perfect, You Just Have To Keep Doing It

A healthy rate of weight loss is half a pound to two pounds per week. In my experience, about a pound per week weight loss average, over the length of a weight loss journey, is most reasonable. To some, that may seem “slow” but let me ask you, what if you would have started this journey last year and stuck with it, where would you be now? You would be where many, many of the people reading this are this moment……about FIFTY POUNDS LIGHTER. What if you were a “slower loser” and were TWENTY FIVE POUNDS lighter than you are right now. Would you be disappointed? I think NOT! Time is relative and it passes by no matter what you chose to do as it goes. It will “march on” and it will go quickly…it always does…what you do with it is up to you. What level of health would you like to have by the holidays 2012? Start today and commit to stick with it through the ups and downs and I assure you, you’ll get there before you know it AND you will feel great along the way. You don’t have to be perfect, you just have to keep doing it.
