This package includes twelve (12) one-hour private sessions scheduled at the pace that fits your lifestyle.
Most clients begin with weekly sessions and later move to biweekly or monthly as their system becomes more self-sustaining. You’ll have access to book sessions up to 3 months in advance, with the flexibility to reschedule as needed (24-hour notice required).
This is a boutique coaching experience personalized and high-touch. No templates. No one-size-fits-all solutions. Just thoughtful, neuroscience-informed guidance shaped entirely around you.
