About the 6 Month Intensive
12 one to one coaching sessions, 4 weekly live group coaching session options and a membership in the Joy in the Journey digital community. Accountability, and connection to transform your life, step by joyful step!!

About the 12 Coaching Sessions Package
This package offers 12 one hour coaching session that you are invited to schedule at intervals of your choice. Often clients start by working with me once a week and as we get the frame work of their systems and habits set up and they feel they are in a flow, they then spread them out to every other week or even once a month, depending on their needs.
All is Well Coaching is a boutique style service and my goal is to work with you to tailor your experience to exactly what you need, rather than expecting you to conform to a one-size-fits-all mold. Just as in the new habits you desire to create, the key to lasting success is structure with flexibility, so when you purchase a coaching package, you have full access to my session availability up to 3 months in advance and can schedule, reschedule or cancel your sessions at your convenience. The only requirement I ask is that any cancellations or rescheduling is done 24 hours in advance (or more) of the scheduled session.

After my 75 pound weight loss 20+ years ago, it became my passion to help others like you find your success through mindset and behavior change.
