12 one to one coaching sessions, 4 weekly live group coaching session options and a membership in the Joy in the Journey digital community. Accountability, and connection to transform your life, step by joyful step!!

This 12-session, one-on-one coaching experience is for the woman who is done with the weight loss roller coaster and ready to reclaim her health, mindset, and joy — not someday, but starting in Session One.

About the 12 Coaching Sessions Package

This package offers 12 one hour coaching session that you are invited to schedule at intervals of your choice.   Often clients start by working with me once a week and as we get the frame work of their systems and habits set up and they feel they are in a flow, they then spread them out to every other week or even once a month, depending on their needs.

All is Well Coaching is a boutique style service and my goal is to work with you to tailor your experience to exactly what you need, rather than expecting you to conform to a one-size-fits-all mold.  Just as in the new habits you desire to create, the key to lasting success is structure with flexibility, so when you purchase a coaching package, you have full access to my session availability up to 3 months in advance and can schedule, reschedule or cancel your sessions at your convenience.  The only requirement I ask is that any cancellations or rescheduling is done 24 hours in advance (or more) of the scheduled session.

About Me

Hi!  I'm Terra Ayres and I'm a Certified Health & Wellness Coach with credentials from both the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and the National Board of Heath and Wellness Coaching (NBHWC).   I'm very excited to meet you where you are on your journey and help you achieve the life changing success you desire!  Discovering an empowering mindset to help quiet the mental chatter that held me back for so long coupled with creating livable, sustainable, enjoyable systems and habits to support my goals was truly life changing for me.  After my 75 pound weight loss 20+ years ago, it became my passion to help others like you find your success through mindset and behavior change.  A pillar of my coaching is to help you discover what brings you joy in the process of making these changes, allowing you to elevate your life experience immediately as you work towards your goals and more of what you want in your life! 

Working with Terra not only helped me to take control of my health, it also taught me a lot about myself. This was unexpected at my age! I had tried to lose weight over and over again unsuccessfully and when I met Terra I really didn't know if I was capable of achieving a healthy weight I could maintain. She was able to help me uncover things that were holding me back and helped me see that I didn't have to change everything all at once to see results. Terra is extraordinarily caring and the fact that she has overcome significant weight struggles herself and has years of experience helping others do the same made me feel instantly connected to her. Since becoming part of the Joy in the Journey community and watching the Monday and Friday Bookend Your Week videos, I have become more kind to myself. I now try to see myself as my children and grandchildren see me. ‘A wonderful and caring person'. My body is what is carrying around my soul/essence - what is most important really is ‘what's inside’. This way of thinking has really helped me to be less judgmental of myself. Showing myself the same grace I show others. I love the knowledge I have gained and the real talk. It's not a quick fix. It's a lifestyle. As Terra says many times it’s about learning to 'lose weight in the same way you want to live it’. This was so big for me. I always wanted the weight off and deprived myself in order to achieve my goal, only to see the weight return as soon as I got off the restrictive ‘diet’. This truly is a lifestyle change - not a temporary ‘fix’ and I now find joy in the journey each day!
